Every collaboration begins with a free 30-minute Exploration call. A space to clarify what’s working, what’s tangled, and where you need support.

I send you by email a simple proposal that outlines the scope, timeline, and next steps.

We agree on hours or a package and I get started immediately.
Indicative pricing: CHF 68.– (excluding VAT).
Some projects work best on an hourly basis, others as fixed-scope packages — both are possible.
How we collaborate
We start with a real conversation.
We meet on Zoom to get clear on what’s working, what’s tangled, and where you need backup. From there, I’ll suggest practical next steps with a clear offer — whether that’s a one-time cleanup or ongoing support.

I’m not a fan (understatement)!) of endless threads. I use shared tools like Google Drive, Notion, or Todoist — so everything stays clear, accessible, and up to date without the digital ping-pong.

Tools I know = faster results.
I work best with a trusted toolkit (Google Workspace, Notion, PocketSmith, Stripe, etc.). If you use something else, no problem — it might just take a little longer to onboard. (I might persuade you to join me on my side of the green grass...)

Most of our collaboration happens online, though if you’re nearby and need in-person support, that’s possible too (travel costs agreed in advance).

I’m not a certified accountant — I don’t give tax or financial advice. But with years of HR and finance experience for my own business and those I worked for, I know enough to help you set up smart systems, track the essentials, and prepare what your accountant will thank you for.
